CORRECTIONS, AND ANYTHING MISSING

Corrections are the most useful thing you can send

A guide to a place you are not standing in goes stale quietly. A tram line is diverted for works, a gallery closes a wing, a stretch of the green line is repainted along a different route. If you have just been and something here did not match, that is worth more than any amount of desk research.

Be as specific as you can — which page, and what was different. It will be checked and fixed.

What this form is not for

It is not a booking service. This site sells nothing and books nothing, and cannot get you a ticket, a table or a room — including for the Machines, which is the thing most worth booking ahead in this city.

It cannot tell you what something costs or when it opens. That is deliberate: no price or opening time appears anywhere on this site, because the operator is the only source that is right on the day you travel.

Nothing you type is stored on this website, and there is no mailing list to be added to. See Privacy.
